Step by Step:
• Offer, Negotiations, Acceptance. • Home Inspection. • Purchase & Sale Agreement. • Time line to Financial Commitment and Closing. • Certificate of Compliance from local Fire Department pre-closing. • Final walk thru property (broom clean condition). • Closing Day. Appointment set 2-3 days prior to closing. • Recording of the Deed at the appropriate Registry.
